Speed Up Your Editing
One way to quicken the editing is by running a word processor and using
the "copy and paste" method to dump good material into a clean
new file. Another way is to block whole areas that have no important meaning
and delete them, leaving the good sentences behind. In a concentrated effort
of a few minutes, one can work on a large Merge.txt file and put the good
merges in a clean edited file. ParaMind Version 2.0 has an Append function
located in the Edit menu. Append can be speeded up by using the hot-keys alt-e, and then n. When
you are finished making the selections, you then select New and Paste in
your edited text onto a blank ParaMind screen or any Windows word processor.
